Condition is as follows: Fly page is torn off only a portion remains, previous owner’s name on inside cover with a sticker.  Age-related toning to pages, bumped corners. Edges of pages when book is closed has rubbing, brown spots on back cover and inside back cover. Binding is tight all pages intact. Not a true hardcover. Semi hardcover.
