    Description

    This is a bright yellow heavy rigid plastic sign for the door of a patient's room.  It has stickers that warn "Caution - Biohazard, Corrosive Material, Toxic Materials."  The Biohazard panel is actually bright red but did not come out with the right color from my scanner.  It was for Room 3192 of the surgery department in 4-95 or April, 1995.  It has places for nails at all 4 corners and the remainders of tape on the back.  It is 9" by 7".  I am listing another similar sign with different warnings.
