This is for a complete set (though with issues) of A History of Medicine in Pictures.
Included are 35 pages of text and 45 uncut original prints as well as original envelope.  The pictures were painted by Robert A. Thom.  The book was presented by Parke, Davis & company and directed by George A. Bender
This set shows a good amount of wear, the worst is a large stain that affects the last few pages of the 35 pages of text (Pic 6)
Of the 45 images most have some degree of soiling along the bottom edges, I have highlighted examples of the worst condition issues in pictures 7-9.
Also highlighted are examples of the finer looking prints in pictures 10-12
The original envelope is in very weak shape and heavily stained particularly on the back (Pic 3).
Picture 5 is meant to highlight the fact that the pages don't sit true flat.
I would be curious to know how these pictures were stored as the soiling is inconsistent.
eBay only gives 12 pictures so I really tried to highlight the condition issues so that you could make an honest decision if this will work for you or not.
Due to the listed condition issues, this complete set is being offered at a heavy discount.
