You are purchasing a brand new Adams 2015 Tight Lies TI (Titanium) universal fairway wood head cover. The cover is primarily black with blue and gray accents. The cover says "Adams"  on one side and "Tight Lies TI" on the other and has a cool zipper on the side. The cover also includes a rotating plastic number tag with the numbers 3+, 3, 3-14*, and 5 on it!
