  • Condition: In Excellent Original Antique Condition displaying no repairs or damage. Interior field does show minor dints and black marks. I chose not to machine buff these out so as to maintain the natural patina. These marks can be removes with mechanical polishing.

    AMERICAN STERLING SILVER REPOUSSE TABLE TRAY
    MADE BY JACOBI & JENKINS 1894
    Offered is a rather attractive table tray by the highly collectible Baltimore silversmiths of Jacobi & Jenkins.  Of rectangular shape with a wide raised and flared border of flower and leaf repousse.   Exceptionally crisp and detailed with a scrollwork edge.
    The interior field does show minor dints and a few black marks that can be machine buffed out  by a silversmith.  Collectors like me refuse to mechanical buff out any of our bits of silver as it removes all the patina.
    The tray is 8 1/2 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide and weighs 295 grams (9oz)
