Piece is well made; and in good condition; however, it is preowned, and has surface scratches and dings from use or wear...unmarked but guaranteed to be gold filled.  Pin has black gunk on the left side.
Piece is beautifully decorated in the form of a gold filled service pin.  The pin is highlighted with blue enamel and reads "Hospital Volunteer Service".
Measurement: 3/4" long by 3/4" wide
Weight: 4.4 grams
Circa: 1940-1960.
