Guatemala/Mexican? Two Vintage Male and Female Handmade Dolls Original Costumes

Both dolls are handmade with handmade original costumes.
Male is a guitar player. Both dolls are 11"" tall.
I was told that these dolls could be Mexican dolls.  I cannot remember and I lost the tag. I usually write the country on a paper if it is not showing on the doll.
