This is a Fun Huipil from the
highlands of Chiapas Mexico
.  The
Cream Color fabric was all hand woven on a backstrap loom
by Tzotzil Mayan Women.  The
Hand embroidery is done in the Otomi Style, but is not Otomi made
, but Mayan made.
The Front has images of
bunny rabbits hoping about the plants and flowers.
This top is a great example of
Frida Kahlo, Hippie, Boho, Peasant, Cowgirl, Santa Fe Style!
This medium weight cotton measures 22 inches across (total 44 inches around) and 23 inches Long including the fringe.  This huipil will fit a Medium size woman.
