Jacket from Xela Exchange Guatemala traditional ikat woven cotton embroidery XL

Description

This listing is for a colorful, artisan-made jacket from Xela Exchange in Guatemala. It is made from mid-heavy weight woven cotton with traditional ikat striping in shades of blue and green, with a touch of burgundy, and the star of the show is the brilliant, elaborately embroidered floral design. There are two large patch pockets in front.
The jacket has a boxy cut with no closures, almost a kimono style, so it fits a variety of sizes and shapes.
There is no size tag, but the measurements (taken with the garment lying flat) are as follows:
Chest (at back underarm seams, doubled): 52”
Length (at center of shoulder seam): 31.5”

This jacket is from the late 1990s or early 2000s, so technically vintage, but has barely been worn and is in excellent condition.
Items are from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
