This is an amazing very large tray platter made by Koch and Bergfeld in Bremen, Germany.
The images are repousse with fine detail.
The edges are rolled.
Based on the back stamps, it was made in the 1870s, as noted on the website silvercollection.it. There is also a small stamp on the front with three crowns and an "S". It shows use commensurate with its age and function. We have gently cleaned it. While it is approximately 150 years old, it is still very much in style today.
