NEW UCAN embroidered patch Crew Member University Chicago Hospitals unused EMT

BRAND NEW embroidered PATCH for the "Crew Member of UCAN, The University of Chicago Hospitals".
Measures 3 7/8" across x 4 1/8" long.
Not sure if this is a sew on or iron on; the back is smooth and kind of of has a coating so I am thinking iron on???  Please see photos.
Brand new and never used!  Year unknown.
