    The CHULLO (in Aymara-Quechua: Ch'u llu) is a hat with ear flaps woven in alpaca wool or sheep wool and in combination with synthetic fibers. It is native to the Andean highlands of South America, where it is used to protect itself from cold weather. In Peru it is characterized by looking multicolored, its ears end in a point and ornaments made of colored wool hang. Chullos are pretty, warm, colorful and very different from other hats.
