The chullo is a Peruvian garment that comes from ancient times, made by the ancient Peruvian to protect themselves from the intense cold of the high Andean areas. Its ability to protect the head and ears has made it the ideal garment to live in such an extreme climate, both because of the cold and the wind. As can be seen in the images, this chullo is decorated with multicolored flowers all over the lap woven by hand by the artisans of the city of cusco andean community
