    Description

This is a concert shirt from the Washington progressive rock band, QUEENSRYCHE. It is from their 1991 Building Empires tour and is a beautiful vintage, licensed, four-color, screen-printed, concert t-shirt, printed on an Extra Large, extra heavyweight, 100% Cotton blank from Softee. On a number of nights during the Empires Tour, the band played the entire Mindcrime album live. So even though this is a Mindcrime shirt, it is dated 1991. The artwork and coloration on this shirt is absolutely gorgeous...no cracking, no fading, no stains, no holes, just perfect!! Although the band was with EMI Records, the tour merchandise was licensed to Giant, the shirt arm of Polygram Records. If this design is not on a Giant or TeeJays shirt, it is probably a reprint. This is a real concert shirt as you can tell by the silk-screening process and is a very thick, very soft shirt. The reverse lists the set list.

This is from a huge collection of vintage, licensed t-shirts from a closed record store, that have been in storage for over 25 years. They have never been worn or washed but may be a little dusty. This is not one of the many bootlegs from Bulgaria, China or Indonesia. If you are stupid enough to buy one of the digital photo knock-offs, then you will get the poor quality that you deserve. Real concert shirts were silk-screened. Gildan wasn't even around in the 80's and 90's (it was Anvil). If it doesn't have a trademark, the odds are that it's a bootleg.
