    The CHULLO (in Aymara-Quechua: Ch'u llu) is a hat with ear flaps woven in alpaca wool or sheep wool and in combination with alpaca fiber. It is native to the Andean highlands in the city of Cusco where it is used to protect itself from the cold weather. In Peru it is characterized by looking multicolored, its ears end in a point and ornaments made of colored wool hang. It is made by hand by the artisans of the city of Cusco
