Vintage 1991 Texaco Gas Tanker Bank
Two horse drawn oil container Bank.
Die Cast Metal tanker bank marked:
“The Texas Company. Petroleum and its Products.”
Small label reads “Texaco Motor Oils” on one side.
Small Texaco logo label is on both sides.
Small “Crystalite Kerosene” label on one side.
Back of container has Texaco logo label.
Coin slot on top. Bank is empty.
Plastic wheels spin.
Two black metal horses are attached with plastic harness.
Horses’ rumps are spotted – similar to an appaloosa.
Bottom is marked “1991 Edition ERTL
Dyersville Iowa Made in Mexico
I have NOT tried to open the cover on bottom which would allow removal of coins. There is a round raised plastic circle on cover which has edge wear.

Measures approximately:
Container measures:
5.5” long.
3.5” high, with wheels.
3” deep, with wheels.
Horses measure:
3.5” long.
3” tall.
1” wide (each horse)
End to end, bank measures 9.25”
Condition: Excellent. There are a couple of tiny spots of paint loss on harness. One horse has some light discoloration on rump. Plastic circle rim on bottom cover (where coins would be removed) has wear.
All items are expertly packaged for shipment.
