The sale includes the tub, the Pham-let from inside the box and the box. Please see pictures and read the instructions. You can tell the age of the item because after application you were to apply flannel and heat! The condition is good but there are some wear spots. I did not open the tube as I did not want to tear the neck under the cap due to the age of the item.
