Vintage Army Ammo Cartridge Box - NATO - Ball M80 - Lot LC12778 - Metal

Description

This is an old Army - Metal Ammo Cartridge Box.  From what I can make out it has this printed on the side
450 Cartridges
7.62 MM NATO
Ball M80
Lot LC 12778
Someone has spray painted black paint across some of the lettering and there is a spot of paint on the top of the box.  There is also some paint or some kind of putty on the inside lid of the box.  I am sure it can be cleaned with the right solution.
The box measures approximately 11"W x 7" H x 6" D (closed)
