You are looking at a Vintage, New Old Stock S.E. Massengill Glucose / Dextrose Ampoule with Original Contents, Box, and original gauze wrappings. This ampoule and it's contents are well-expired and no longer intended for human use. The Ampoule itself reads: "20 cc Size - Glucose (Dextrose, U.S.P.) - 10 Gm. in 20 cc. - (Buffered) - A 50% Solution of pure Glucose. Dilute with 20 cc of sterile Distilled Water before use. - The S. E. Massengill Company".
