Vintage German medical medicine SCHERING Badge brooch tie pin Copper Alloy

Here is my collectible item. I got it in 2004. It was a long service reward for employees who worked at Schering (Thailand) for five years.
Schering AG is a German pharmaceutical company, and Thailand is one of its subsidiaries. In 2007 there were mergers and acquisitions. Schering is now one of the departments of Bayer.
I have never used the brooch. The condition looks old and has some black stains.
The brooch was made to order by the goldsmith, the material is copper alloy. The size is small, please see details in the pictures.
