Vintage Glass Ashtray Bowl UCAF Medical

Vintage Glass Ashtray UCAF Medical. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. So this features a symbol, which is in between a Caduceus and a Rod of Asclepius. It has the staff and wings, but only one snake. I think this was an ashtray, but it could also be used as a trinket dish. The bottom has some scratching from use. Please let me know if you recognize this symbol.
