Vintage teaspoon Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Medical ?

Teaspoon marked Massachusetts General Hospital on the back. Front has a monogram I think may be "HM" perhaps Harvard Medical? I am not certain of the letters. The letters are difficult to make out and I don't know what they stand for anyway.
Piece is in fair condition showing a little wear. Handle  seems a little bent. Silver is worn and tarnished. Spoon has a number of little nicks and scratches but otherwise good.
Piece will need to be thoroughly polished when buyer receives it.
