Vintage Texaco sign Banner advertising Toy Bank

Hello, here I have a vintage Texaco toy tanker / Bank advertisement all there no visible rips or tears, all four strings are on each corner so it can be tied up to hang, the holes that you do see are intentionally designed that way so the wind could flow through to sign without tearing it apart. This Banner is in used condition, with all of its original dirt throughout the years and dust. It is being sold as is unwashed. I do not want to disturb or damage any of the printing do to Murphy's Law LOL the new owner can either clean it to new condition? Or leave it in Prestige condition? Thank you for looking
