Copepods are shipped in an insulated bag with cold packs to ensure alive arrival. Due to colder temperatures, the copepods may go into a hibernation state (not moving/or slowly moving). Visible white specs are babies and do not swim around like the adults. Please allow them to remain in room temperature for 1 hour before use.
If your copepods
appear to be dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us and provide a photo AND video of the pods, along with original packaging (bottle and shipping container)
WITHIN 4 HOURS
of delivery. Please retain all contents of the package for returns. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if Copepods have been dosed into the tank. The return policy only applies to DOA pods.
